Acquira Property Advisory is a trading name of Acquira Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 62 695 236 410) ("Acquira", "we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Answers you give us about your property goals, such as your budget, timeframe, the stage you are at, and whether you have savings, equity or guarantor support.
- Details you share with us during a strategy call or while we act for you.
- Technical information when you visit our website, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, from an ad).
How we collect it
- When you fill in a form on our website.
- When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. Meta passes the details you choose to submit to us.
- When you book a time with us through Calendly.
- When you call, email or message us.
- Automatically through cookies and similar tools on our website (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
Why we use it
- To contact you about the free strategy call you asked for.
- To understand your situation and provide our buyer's agency services.
- To send you information you have asked for, or updates you can opt out of at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where it is needed to help you, including with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as Google (email and document storage), Calendly (booking), Meta (advertising and lead forms), Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (website analytics) and Vercel (website hosting).
- With your consent, other professionals involved in your purchase, such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers, solicitors, building and pest inspectors and selling agents.
- Anyone we are required or authorised to share with by law.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers that protect personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. These tools may use cookies and record anonymous interactions such as clicks and scrolling. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Google accounts.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Marketing
If we send you updates, you can opt out at any time by replying "stop", using the unsubscribe link, or emailing us.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing puri.dewage@gmail.com. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
